The Pro 1000 Cake Production Depositor is designed to work over production lines and conveyors. Optional locating brackets ensure accurate depositing over any conveyor.
The Pro 1000 incorporates fully adjustable height built into the mobile stand, and includes diving nozzle with suck back to accommodate full cover heads.


The Pro 2000 is our most versatile depositing system! It comes equipped with our XL PC Nozzle for clean depositing of muffins, cake batter, fruit pie fillings and more.
The PRO 2000 can be fitted with a wide variety of attachments including handguns and nozzles for almost all bakery depositing applications. This unit allows for larger portion sizes and more power (for stiffer products and higher speeds) than our standard Universal Depositor.

The Cake-O-Matic can deposit standard or low-carb batters, deposit middle fill layers, and top & side finish cakes quickly and easily. In addition to its cake production abilities, the Cake-O-Matic can also be used with most of our standard depositing nozzles and accessories, easily making it the most versatile piece of bakery equipment you will own.

The BorderMaster produces beautiful shell borders and other custom decorations on cakes quickly and with no traditional skills. The operator can either manually select the number, size, and shape of decoration from the touch screen panel, or simply choose from a menu of easily programmed settings. The Border Master works with all icings and most other decorating products, and even supports dual color application in the same operation.

The TSI-C is a computerized round cake icing and decorating system. It first applies icing to the top and sides of the cake, then deposits custom swirled rosettes to the top. User parameters for different styles of cakes can be easily stored in the computer using the touch screen. The machine also automatically monitors and adjusts itself to suit product consistency for foolproof operation.

The Deco-Mate III was designed with two main objectives in mind:

  • To dramatically reduce the amount of squeeze effort required when compared to the conventional pastry bag.
  • To produce an ergonomically correct decorating gun that would feel comfortable and be practical to use.

The Deco-Mate III handles most icings and frostings including butter creams, royal icings, cream cheese icings, and many other smooth toppings and fillings. It can also be used to inject donuts and side ice round and square cakes with or without a combed finish.


The XL Bundt Cake depositor features our heavy duty XL depositor. This machine was designed to deposit and spread large volume deposits of cake batter and other soft mixes into bundt cake or angel food pans while rotating the pan during the fill cycle. The XL depositor offers deposits of up to 10 lbs. per single shot without damage to any particulate in the product.

The Strip Depositor is the highest quality and most flexible unit available today for strip depositing.
This unit is perfect for depositing continuous and/or intermittent accurate patterns of batters, icings or other homogenous type products onto a wide variety of surfaces.
Typical applications include sheet pans, and square or rectangular pans or foils (fudge brownies and sheet cakes).

Designed to gently enrobe cakes, cookies and more with chocolate, fondant,and other warm liquid type coatings.

The Unifiller Enroberwill coat cakes and other pastries as they move down the stainless steel wire belt conveyor.
The patented reservoir system and submerged piston pump helps keep product loss to a minimum and profits to a maximum.

Our Syrup Sprayer is designed to automatically spray liquids onto cake layers. Typical products include flavored liquors, simple syrup, and Tres Leches (3 milk cake). The optical sensor activates the spray only when a cake layer is present, allowing the process to be fully automated. The Syrup Sprayer can be used as a stand-alone machine or integrated into an existing cake production line.

The Hopper Topper transfer pump uses our unique product elevation technology to lift your products from floor level to a hopper. The machine handles fruit fillings, cake & muffin batter, icings, creams, and more. The Hopper Topper features a power lift frame with full height control to accommodate almost any standard mixing bowl without effort. An optical product sensor automatically turns the pump on and off as needed, or you can choose to operate in continuous or full manual modes.
